When you get in touch

We collect the name, phone number, and service you provide, together with any optional email, event date, location, and message. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the studio’s services.

Where your enquiry goes

Your request is stored in the studio’s CRM and is available to authorized owners and managers. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Instagram and WhatsApp

Instagram links open Instagram. If you choose Continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with a draft containing your enquiry reference and brief event details. You choose whether to send it. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Website storage

The site temporarily stores a random submission ID in your browser session to avoid duplicate enquiries if a request is retried. It does not store your form details in browser storage. The public website does not install advertising trackers or an embedded social feed.

Your choices

You can ask the studio about access, correction, or removal of your enquiry information by contacting @classicframesstudios and quoting your enquiry reference. The studio will review your request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
